SHIPPING FAQs

We ship to select countries outside the Philippines, mostly catering to Southeast Asia.

All confirmed orders are packed, processed, and shipped on the same day from Monday to Saturday at 9:00am to 4:00pm. Once your order has been confirmed in our system, we will pack and drop off your order to the appropriate logistics provider.

For LOCAL (Philippines), orders may take 2-3 days in Manila. For orders LOCAL (Outside of Metro Manila), you may expect 2-5 days to arrive depending on the province. For International orders, orders may take up to 5-7 days depending on the country and import laws.

For LOCAL (Philippine), depending on the location, we may use different couriers that are available. Some of our partner couriers are the following: J&T, Ninjavan, XDE, and LBC. For international orders, we use DHL.

For LOCAL (Philippine) orders, shipping fee starts at ₱100 to ₱115 pesos depending on location. For international orders, shipping ranges from $20 to $40.

We are currently working on Same-Day-Deliveries. At present, we do not offer this officially, however, you may contact us through any official channel and we might be able to process that for you.

RETURNS

For hygiene concerns, we do not process any returns. For destroyed or defective packaging of products, please provide proof and we will refund you.

If your order is confirmed you may not be able to cancel your order as we ship out and pack orders immediately.
